A few years ago i read an article (from England) calling for the temporary steilization of all British girls between the ages of like 13 and 22 because apparently that have even more welfare mothers then we do here (can any Brits in the audience confirm or deny this?) and when i read it I was like "OMG THAT IS TERRIBLE".
