XBox One

So I heard some basics about the XBox One... And apparently it's a potential privacy nightmare, basically because of 2 things:
  • They want you to be on-line as much as possible (severely restricting off-line play)
  • They have a built-in camera and microphone that is always on (motion-tracking, so it can even just be used when motion is detected)
So, potentially, this puts an always-on surveillance camera with sound in your house that is always connected to the internet... I'm wondering how long it takes a hacker to expose this to the world.

(and if it's the US government using this, with all this talk about backdoors, then it would serve to very carefully read the EULA of the XBox One, too, to see if they are in any part vague about "collecting data")
