Happy Birthday, Cortney.
I hope you enjoyed your day today. I love you very much.
Now, I figured I would have to watch "My Little Pony" with Cortney when I decided on getting it for her. Everyone I talked to that went in with me for it said nearly the same thing - that I'd be watching it with Cortney.
Well, we got through 14 episodes of it today. Come to find out, there's 50 episodes in the box set, plus the movie we got her too.
Thankfully, they were mini-sized, so it was probably the length of 7 half-hour tv shows. Not that I didn't enjoy it, Cortney, because I wanted you to be happy, and I got to be with you, and so on and so forth. It was just a lot to take in, and you probably noticed I was less... articulate afterward.
...in general, though, it seems I'm headed downhill again, and not in a good way. Sort of the - I'm in a little red wagon with a bad axle on a steep slope - kinda downhill. And yet with all the new pain, it seems like an old companion. Someone I know very well, just dressed a little differently. *sigh*
