So hi, I know I haven't written in here as an actual journal entry for some time now. Trouble is, my family can, if they want, see what I'm writing if they really want to because I have a shared downstairs computer, so I tend to be very careful about what I write lol.

So, anyway, as you may now because I keep going on and on about it, I'm getting a laptop later this month, once my GCSE exam results are in. I get the results on August 25th, so hopefully either that week or at the weekend I'll be getting it! Then I can do whatever the fuck I want because I'll have it all password protected and it'll stay in my room, or with me lol. No worries about my stuff being looked at then lol.
Plus when I go to my familys' houses I will have something to do, because normally it's as boring as hell. Oooh and in the car I'll have something to do!
See my car hasn't got a CD player, so I have to copy all of my CD's onto tape or I'e got to listen to the radio.

I have been so paranoid about all of my homemade icons. The trouble is I only have this really rubbish program (and it's not Paint before you ask lol) and you have
to do literally everything from scratch. The lighting, bases etc. It's not easy. Hopefully I'm going to be getting Paint Shop Pro 9, or whatever it's called soon, trouble is I
don't exactly have £100 to spend right now. Does anyone know if you can get it
cheaper? If not it doesn't matter, I'll just work a few more long hours.

Anyway, as I was saying about icons. They are pretty much the best I can do with the program I've got, which is in a way disheartening, because they won't
improve until I have another program. It's not that I don't have the skill or the
imagination, I just don't have the equipment or the money. How typically ironic is that lol. It seems to always be the way. But when I have it I will make loads of high quality icons.
The trouble is, I think, is that i'm a perfectionist. So even when people tell me my icons are really good, or whatever, I still feel they're not lol. But ah well, like I said earlier, that's life.

I have to go to the park with my brother today! I really do not want to go! No offense to him, because he's a lovely boy, when he wants to be, but I'm not feeling that great, I think I ate something dodgy the other day. I was ill yesterday too, and had to miss out on a trip to Chesington World Of Adventures. I mean, fair enough it's not the greatest theme park in England, Thorpe Park is much better, but I still wanted to go.
Oh my God I so forgot this! In the Hallowe'en Week, Me and my mates are going to Thorpe Park! They do special day to night openings during October, and you dress up and everything. We're all going as pirates! ARGH! lol.

Oh wow! I saw the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory yesterday! It was the best film I've seen in a long time. I love Johnny Depp anyway, he's just gorgeous, but he was brilliant as Willy Wonka. He was so sweet, like a big kid! He became a chocolatier because his Dad was a dentist and wouldn't let him eat sweets when he was a kid! I thought the flash backs to his past were great, because it gave you an insight into this very different style of Willy Wonka!
I'm also very scared of Violet's mother in this film! She looks like a scary, evil Barbie doll, she doesn't blink or move normaly and she's just creepy.

And I'm not just talking about the stupe amphibian and his psychotic animated friends, but with everything in general.
Everyone I meet seems to be just, STUPID! I get so frustrated when I see dickheads with their hoods over their caps giving it all that, pretending they're black New Yorkers, when they're skinny white boys from Croydon. Get a life. And no offence to anyone who is a decent chav, because I do know some, but most of them are pathetic. They think they're all it because they've got half a ton of gold hanging around their neck. and hanging from their earlobes.

Right, I've just got back from the park with my brother, and it has thoroughly depressed me, being up there. Normally I don't enjoy playing football at the best of times, but today I was playing and kicking some, even if I do say so myself, pretty good shots. You see I was trying to impress this really cute boy. He was on his bike and he had an Iron Maiden black T-Shirt on. He was really cute. I think I know him from my old Primary School, but I'm not sure. I'm terrible at remembering faces lol.
Anyway, I was trying to show off my football skills, and I could see he was watching, but unfortunately he didn't come over, and I wasn't about to go over to him. I'm quite a shy person really. You wouldn't think it from talking to me over the internet probably, or even if I met you and knew I was never going to see you again, but it's different with boyfriends and stuff.
I get incredibly nervous and embarrassed because I'm not confident in myself. To be perfectly honest I think that's why I am a grunger. Because I'm wearing black and dye my hair black and paint my eyes black, it's as if I'm hiding. I'm hiding from the real me. I feel more confident when I'm all dressed up in my gear, more than I do when I'm just at home in my 'chill out trousers# lol.
