Confession time: you posted this drabble series back when I was really busy at work, and I always meant to come back and comment, but somehow time has flown. I did at least want to let you know how much I've enjoyed these -- the writing is beautiful, the characterization is perceptive, and the idea of presenting the drabbles out of chronological order like photos jumbled up in a shoebox in random order is really effective. (Although I imagine it's not actually random order ;) -- the very first (in Part 1) and then the last two here are so perfectly placed.)
