Oh, some other trainers talked about it on the network. Wasn't there to see it myself, what happened was in Goldenrod City, I hear.

No, Violet. Most common place to get stuck in, really, especially for trainers who want to take on the gyms.

Considering most people get stuck in the first city that has a gym for weeks, if not months on end? ...probably. I haven't tried challenging the local gym leader yet.
