Mission Report #1-Electrical Discharge
Minister Kawaji, my recent attempts on infiltrating the ShinRa corporation have all been for naught. I've gathered information through means of spying however I do not know whether this is relevant to the hostility ShinRa bares towards the government.
I A number of sources have informed me that there have been a few meetings between Seto Kaiba and Rufus ShinRa but the information transacted between those meetings is still unknown. It is possible that these are harmless rendezvous’ but anything is possible in this day of age. I suspect that kaiba corp might be making some mysterious 'donations' to ShinRa, once again, if ShinRa are launching an attack at any time than it is possible that they are gathering extra money from different sources.
II I've had two encounters so far, one with a Mr.Kiribani Reno-a turk working under Rufus and a former turk-Valentine Vincent. Judging from these fights, ShinRa operatives have been enhanced through means of makou transfusion. I know this because not only did their eyes glow but their five sense have been enhanced-the symptoms involved in makou usage.
III There could be a possibility that ShinRa have mutants within their ranks. During my encounter with Mr.Valentine, he transformed into a demon. There is a good probability that we might have to get NERV involved if that is the case.
IV The tournament was interesting....there were a few fighters that had some potential in them. Though the rest are not worth our time.
