Family
Alice Hamilton
Current not!mother. In the time they've spent together, Aisling has come to trust and respect Alice greatly; she sees her as someone to rely on in times of trouble or sadness for emotional support, and she respects her intelligence. She's on her way to seeing Alice almost as a real mother.
Edward Nigma
Former not!father, now living in a different house. Aisling still doesn't know much about this guy yet, so to her he is still very much an enigma (no pun intended). She has yet to form an opinion of him beyond "that mysterious smart guy who used to be my fake dad".
Wriggle Nightbug
Current not!sister. These two have started to become close during their short amounts of time together. Aisling often finds herself worrying about Wriggle, due to the firefly's seeming lack of confidence along with the other troubles she seems to have. However, Aisling knows that Cirno cares about her greatly, and from what she can tell Wriggle feels the same. Perhaps the two being "together" can make Wriggle happy.
Steel Massimo
Former not!brother. Massimo was the first person to greet Aisling on her sudden arrival to Mayfield, and after many adversities the two quickly became very close, almost like real siblings. Aisling was very fond of him, and she took his droning very hard when she found out. Still, she's grateful that he got to go home. Maybe she'll be able to see him again someday.
Friends
Calleo Crowe
Aisling is still getting to know Crowe, and from what she can tell, he's a nice guy. They seem to have quite a few things in common, too, such as both being Irish and a shared love of hiding and climbing trees. Aisling cares about him a lot and hopes to get to know him better in the future.
Cirno
Wriggle's friend and probably also something more. While Aisling initially wasn't too sure how to react to Cirno's energy and bullheadedness, she has come to respect her more after going through some difficult situations with her, and now views her as something more beyond "Wriggle's friend". She also admires Cirno's dedication to her friends, and to her devotion to Wriggle as a whole.
Ai Enma
A quiet girl with a troubled past, Aisling finds she has some things in common with Ai, especially when it comes to their backgrounds. Though Aisling isn't really used to being with quiet people, she finds Ai to be calming in dire situations, and she can always count on her for support of some kind.
Tiffany Aching
A smart, level-headed girl, Aisling admires her courage and intelligence. She is greatly interested in the world Tiffany comes from, where witches are (mostly) respected and people actually believe in fairies. She's also good to rely on in a crisis.
Sakutaro
Aisling and Sakutaro share a few things in common, such as their connections to magic and the fact that neither of them age. As such, Aisling is very fond of him, and enjoys the time they spend together. She's also impressed by his recently gained maturity, which prompts her to show her more serious side around him. They've sworn to protect one another as a result.
Zidane Tribal
Aisling likes to just hang out and talk with this cheerful monkey boy. She can always count on having a good time with him, and she'd like to get to know him better.
Oerba Dia Vanille
A cheerful girl with an accent, rather like Aisling herself, and also a neighbour. She's a really nice person, and always willing to share treats.
Pamela Ibis
A fellow stalker of hapless passers-by, and also a ghost. Aisling hopes that they can spend time scaring the crap out of people (or not) sometime.
Hachibe Maeda
These two met under rather harrowing circumstances--Aisling was missing a leg, and the Childlike Empress had been kidnapped, so they teamed up to find her. Unfortunately they got their asses handed to them by Hibari, whom they mistakenly thought was the kidnapper. Fortunately things were more-or-less smoothed over, and from there they have started to become friends. Aisling likes that Hachibe also likes to climb trees, but she doesn't realize that he does it for...different reasons.
Pokey Minch
Aisling has a complicated relationship with Pokey. On one hand, they have a lot of things in common--the fact that neither of them age being the most significant--but on the other, their personalities couldn't be more different. Being a supernatural creature, Aisling believes in magic, while Pokey does not, being a man of science. And while they both have had their share of hardships, the two of them seem to have dealt with them differently. Pokey both frustrates and intrigues Aisling, and she wants to know more about him.
England (Arthur Kirkland)
The fairy-loving country-person. Preferring to call him "Arthur", Aisling cares for him greatly and looks up to him as she would to a father or older brother. While she'll often find his blustering tsundere-ness highly amusing, she still finds herself frustrated by it occasionally, and wishes he could express his real feelings more without feeling the need to hide them. Still, she knows she can turn to him for support.
