Health
I have a trainer that is helping me create and maintain a workout schedule including weights once a week and found and take 2 yoga classes a week.
Therapeutic riding I will be going today to volunteer and to become a permanent fixture As a volunteer for every Sunday for 2 hours.
Work I have a full time schedule at work.
Something new to consider...
I got an interview at the zoo to work in the educational program as zoo crew management helping to create and implement educational opportunities for teen groups school groups and private events. Interview this week!
If this goes well o may drop or cut back to part time hours at current work...
This position at the zoo has a few things to offer that my current job does not.
It is education not behavior management
It is working with all ages and abilities not just one
It is varied work so I can stay interested
It has room for me to grow into varying positions if I like. My current does not.
So who knows...
Thoughts are welcome
Cons thus far... I would have to reconsider the school classes of art for the moment.
Starting pay is less but after training it is more...
Books read 1 so far so I need to get on it but life has been stressful
Art sold 1piece
Writing at least 1-2 pages a day
Drawing varies at least 1every 2 days
Bbbs called to see about helping academically but it will be put on hold until I know where I am working first
* I have made contact with little bro from Houston again and miss him dearly. I am excited to be on contact with him again.
I have made several new friends here in Colorado outside of the sca and that is exciting.
Apartment or home?
I am currently looking to see what is the better option for me for now but again I gotta know where I will work wise and what I can afford.
I think that is all a pretty decent start to the new year!
