After much panicked driving about, I managed to get to Jess's wedding. It was a nice, somewhat quick and nontraditional affair, but none of the meaning was compromised. Gwen was there, so I socialized a bit with her and also talked a lot to Jess's uncle about school and future plans (or theorized future plans). Then I had to leave early but I made sure to get a dance or two in with Gwen before leaving, and that was nice.
