Manchildren and their stupid Internet slang nowadays
Perhaps one of the things annoying me more than the usual online is how much stupid people keep butchering the English language by typing meme-inspired slang coming from idiotic places like 4chan and even using them on youtube videos from channels that are supposed to be educational and the like.
Stupid words like "SMOL, BIRB,DOGGO, CREEPYPASTA," etc which sound even stupider when some schmuck says them out loud. So damn cringy. Even autocorrected offers them when you ever want to type nonsense like it. Quite saddening.
Not sure what is the obsession with fucking up our vocabulary more besides wanting to "fit in," but I sure as hell don't care for it. It was bad enough when some would even say "LOL" in real life not long ago.
