I made a phone order to Jerri's Tobacco Shop for 8oz of Autumn Bairn and 8oz of Whiskey Cavendish.
It arrived on Tuesday morning in a wooden cigar box. :D
I drove to Albuquerque on Tuesday afternoon to eat dinner with Lauren, Jarrod, and Pi at 328 Chinese Cuisine. I took the radiator from my pickup with me to see if I could find a replacement. At 1-800-Radiator, I was told by the proprietor that there was a shop that could repair it for $95 and $25 to drop-ship it to my house. I could leave the radiator there and it would be taken care of. We will see how that goes.
The dinner with friends was quite satisfying. Afterwards, I visited Buddy and Zipppiner and loaded some scrap metal that they didn't want into my Blazer. One of the items resembles a satellite dish mount. On the drive home, from about 30 miles away, I noticed occasional white flashes in the sky over Socorro. It was EMRTC testing artillery shells over the mountain as they often do.
Today at work, I was stung by a bee. A colony on the roof of San Antonio School became quite pissed at the stomping of a coworker and myself. Now it is difficult to find the mark where I was stung.
