Christmas itself was pretty uneventful. No big celebrations, visiting relatives, or anything special. Just pretty much stayed at home and did nothing. Boxing day was much the same, but I went out late afternoon and shopped about at Future Shop/Best Buy. Ended up buying an all-in-one printer to replace my self-destructive one. The past few days have been up to nothing, with the occasional home repair/improvement work. Work is pretty dull, and starting to get on my nerves. I think even if I wasn't looking for something else, I'd still be putting in my resignation. Probably something I'll take care of after the holidays. It's a bit of a shame though; I've met some good people (even one remarkable one), and my probation ends about now. But this is probably the best move I can make.
My sister arrived yesterday, and she'll be here for about a week. It's good having her around again; I've missed having someone around who actually gets me on some level and shares some of my interests. Much better company than my parents.
New Year's is almost here. No plans in the works. Will probably stay home and game.
