OK, so I was planning not to be whiny about my neuroanatomy exam on Friday, to not post angsty LJ posts about it, to be calm and just take up the time that it takes typing this studying.
Dammit, I give up. One question on the practice exam (worth 18 out of the 80 point of the exam) is a matching type of thing. How many options do you have to choose from? A through LL. As in, A through Z, then AA to LL. Uh-huh. Then you get six relatively small pictures of brain, with two small Xs on them (each X probably takes up a good tenth of each picture), and you have to say what each of the structures and the tract between them is.
OK, I'm done whining now. Back to studying until I can't study anymore. Because if neuroanatomy has taught us one thing, it's that the grad students have to beat the med students on the test like they have in the past. Our TA is counting on us, for his own sense of pride.
