I am eating healthy at the moment and I would love to eat a kebab - except will make this at home, due to the fat in the ones you get at kebab joints....Has anyone ever made their own kebab

yeah ive done it a couple of times.. i put a basic spice rub on the lamb as well. really really nice. tastes different to a 'kebab', just because everything is so fresh. but yeah, really really tasty.

i have a pork neck defrosting in the fridge - perhaps I'll try it with pork tonight!

when ever i think of cooking pork i immediately think of brown sugar and apple..

soy, mirin, sesame oil

rub of sage, pepper, garlic and salt (olive oil of course)
