And white nectarines!
Check out the banana and raspberry "icecream" I made. It has the texture of icecream or gelato, but it's pure fruit. Found it in a Jill Dupleix cookbook I got for Christmas.
You freeze the berries and chopped banana. Then let them defrost slightly, before processing until smooth and creamy. Yum!
