THEME: Favourites - Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate

Okay, I don't even know if this one has a name... but this is my all-time favourite recipe... I found it in a book when I was little and banned from eating unhealthy food... and I managed to get mum to make it as my 13th Birthday cake!   It's easy, and good for gaining those extra kilos should you need to compete in a ... fat... competition ??

Ingredients:
*About 15 chocolate bars - pref = bounty bars, cruchies, mars bars, cherry ripes etc. (anything that has a nice flavour in it and isn't entirely chocolate.
*Spash of Rum (now I know better, I like Kahlua/Tia Maria instead, and have contemplated Baileys but not sure if it will coagulate the melted chocolate)
*Few blocks of chocolate (this needs to be able to be re-set after melting:  be careful as some 'normal' eating blocks do not re-set).

1.  Take a bar cake tin.
2.  Stack up the chocolate bars in a fashion that suits you (best if you distribute the flavours reasonably evenly, and have the bars running lengthwise along the tin).
3.  Melt the chocolate slowly, and slowly stir in the alcohol.
4.  Pour the chocolate over the bars, and shake a little to be sure there are no air pockets.
5.  Refrigerate until set (we used to have to end up using the freezer, but then again we used to live in a very hot climate)
6.  Chop into slices perpendicular to the ways the bars lie.

YUM!
