Rum Balls?

I know I'm terrible at being a member of this community.. I will be better! I need a favour...

Does anyone have a tried & loved recipe for Chocolate Rum Balls?

My bofryiend loves them & I want to make them for him for Valentines Day, but I can't do trial & error on several recipes because of certain things I can't help.

Ingredients
125g Copha
125g Dark Cooking Chocolate
1 1/2 cups Cake Crumbs
55g Ground Almonds
30g Icing Sugar
20ml Rum
Chocolate Sprinkles

Directions

Melt the copha and chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water
Put the cake crumbs and ground almonds into a mixing bowl
Sift icing sugar into the mix
Add the rum and mix well
Add the copha and chocolate and mix well
Chill until mixture is firm
Shape into balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles
Refrigerate in a sealed container

.. Except I'd like to replace the Cake Crumbs with biscuit crumbs, Marie biscuits or something similar & adjust the butter/add drops of water accordingly (I imagine the biscuits will make it a bit drier than cake crumbs would.

Thoughts?

Thankyou!

I'll be sure to post some recipes within the week.

xx
