Cakeage...
Making an engagement cake for a friend, I've started baking tonight...
Have already made 2 large cake tins of cake - one not so good, as i didn't double the milk correctly in it :(
Have used 500g of butter, 6 cups of sugar, 1 cup of cocoa, 8 eggs. Two double batches.
One more double batch to go!!!
Have also made a 'cake cutting guide' in word, so the caterers don't mess it up...
Will post photos as I continue to progress!!!
