THEME - Salads
Firstly, get posting!! I am guilty of this as well.. but so far nadz0r has been the only salad poster. I am making up for lateness today by posting two salads.. one a favourite that is fool proof and works everytime, and the other is one that i havent tried yet, but looks fantastic!
Crispy Noodle Salad:
Chinese cabbage or savoy cabbage (shredded finely)
6 Green Onion (chopped)
Pinenuts or slithered almonds
Chang’s Fried Noodles
The dressing:
¼ cup White Vinegar
½ cup Castor Sugar
1 tblsp Chang’s Soy Sauce
2 tsp Chang’s sesame oil
½ cup Olive Oil
Its really. freakin. good.
