Rock the Kazbah

To continue nadz0r's Moroccan theme, I bring you a brief review of Kazbah on Darling in Balmain.

For Sydneysiders, I heartily recommend a visit. I went last weekend for breakfast and it was delicious!

Some photos to prove it:

Centrepiece

They serve everything in beautiful glasses and on gorgeous crockery - none of this boring white stuff.

Breakfast Tagine!

My fellow brunchers shared this tagine and couldn't finish it. It was filled with goodies like roasted tomato, eggs and spicy lamb mince.

Cous cous for breakfast!

This was my breakfast - sweet cous cous with toasted nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio, macadamia), date, coconut, dried apricot and rhubarb. On the side was a glass of cardamom flavoured milk. Scrumptious!

If you're in the mood for a breakfast that's a bit out of the ordinary, you should definitely check out Kazbah. Make sure you book a table - the place was packed by 9.30am.
