Pizza

I made homemade pizza on Saturday night, nothing special, just lebanese bread, tomato paste, garlic, fresh tomato, capsicum, ham, tinned pineapple, olives, dried oregano, grated tasty cheese. You know, classic family meal. Also added some (getting forgotten about) brie, which was nice and gourmet. But what I am proud of is trying an "Aussie" pizza, with an egg on top (with ham and egg). All I did was crack it over the pizza and cooked it like the others, and it turned out the most delicious.

I have finally discovered good pizza in Enmore, after two years of trying to figure out which was the good pizzeria and which menu we'd vowed not to bother with again. Turns out they are the only pizzeria (Italian or Turkish) that doesn't overload the locals with menus, and this is why we hadn't discovered them. = Torinos.

Mmm, I am in need of some real pizza though, like from La Disfida in Haberfield. I am a pizza snob.

Currently eating: Spicy Capsicum dip with chopped up capsicum, carrot and celery.
