mini christmas pudding truffles
a tad late for christmas this year, save this recipe for next silly season or perhaps use up the leftover christmas cake!

my notes: recipe quantity made about 40 (using 2 tsp per ball). Amount of choc (to coat) was farrrr too much. I made 5x quantity of balls but only 2x quantity of coating, and still had some left. Much easier to roll if you wet your hands and/or wear disposable gloves. I also put a dusting of cinnamon sugar over the truffles before the white set. They were very well received!
