I had a dream recently where I was having trouble breathing. I dreamed I awoke and didn't know where I was, but my CPAP machine was next to me, so I put it on and went back to sleep.
Then I awoke for real and found myself in my bed, having trouble breathing, without my CPAP mask on my face. So I put it on and went back to sleep -- or tried, anyway.
Lately I seem to be sleeping around 4 to 6 hours. Occasionally I'll get 7 or 8, but not always.
What does it mean when the only days I can get to sleep at the right time are weekends? Monday night I'm right back to staying up very late at night, unable to get to bed before around midnight. I don't understand it.
