I take it back.
Apparently, half and half does not cook out in the case of items like Chicken Pot Pies. I thought it did but it doesn't.
Semi-explosive diaharrea is not fun. Now I have a mess on the comforter, and I need to clean it up without bleaching it to death. Do I need a laundromat, or can I use the washer at home? I have no idea, though I'm thinking of running it through with standard settings just to see if that works.
Cakes and cookies are in a different category, dietarily speaking. At least in how my internals respond to them. I don't know about things like puddings, although up to now I've been basically keeping my distance.
The weird part is, sometimes I can eat milk products in small doses, although there's something about heavy labor which is the mitigating factor. I don't understand this connection at all, or the limits.
Of course, since I'm not taking in milk, I'm discovering what life beyond calcium is like, since I'm not really good at taking my vitamins. Yesterday I was really groggy, but taking Calcium seemed to wake me right up. It's not alternate caffiene, even thought the calcium I take is in liquid form (faster acting, theoretically), but it's certainly an eye-opener. I'm groggy today, so I'll try it again and see if it works again.
