Boiled:
Two blocks of noodles
Fried:
One packet of tofu, with five spice, ginger and soy sauce.
For the stock/soup:
Three carrots
A leek
Five spice
Chilli powder
Paprika
Two vegetable stock cubes
Peppercorns
Ginger
Boil up everything for the stock, then keep it simmering as the tofu fries. Once the tofu is really crispy, cook the noodles. Serve in bowls - noodles ont he bottom, then tofu, then the stock/soup over the top. The tofu should almost float.
The soup is actually pretty good on its own as well.
