10 oz castro sugar
4 eggs
8oz unsalted butter
3oz cocoa powder
3oz plain flour
8oz bournville
4oz Pecans
4oz white chocolate
Line an 8" baking tray with greaseproof paper. Beat together the eggs and sugar. Melt butter into egg mix. Sieve cocoa and flour together and add to mixture. Melt the dark chocolate, and add the white chocolat4 pieces and pecans to it. Mix the whole lot together and bake for twenty five minutes. Eat.
