so i'm in aldo and this lady is next to me looking at shoes, duh, and i notice she has really well done bleach blonde hair. so i look at her and realize, wow she looks so framiliar. first i think "middle school teacher? " , no. "dsoa...", no. so i'm watching her and thinking "she's so pretty, where do i know this lady from?". i leave, whatever. i'm in the car and thinking, "She's a news anchor!!!" she just looked so personally framiliar, but i guess i watch the news enough that i FELT like i knew her? okay. i get home and i'm telling my mom how i need to figure out where on tv she belongs and then it comes to me, as i'm mentally scanning the channels. IT WAS KELLY RIPA. why on earth did i not realize at first? idk, but i was so baffled when i figured out that i kept repeating "kelly ripa, kelly ripa that's so weird i didn't know!". my mom was getting so annoyed.
i thought it was amazing.
p.s. laura agrees, i'm a 62 year old jewish woman at heart. i've been eating more challah and toojays than every kid at the JCC, and their grandmotha's. <333
