I'm still disconnected from the interweb---at least at home. I'm considering reconnecting in a few weeks. Here is what I've been doing without the internet.
I read every newspaper I can get my mits on, mostly the free weeklies. There are lots of little neighborhood and special interest papers freely available and I read a few of these too.
At work, in the breakroom, there are some somewhat out-of-date magazines, Mostly Oprah, but there's a Time, and recently a Vanity Fair.
I listen to NPR or KBOO when I'm in the car.
I watch TV: I like the Office, The News, and So You Think You Can Dance. I can't wait until one of the couples draws Butoh.
I read books. I've been reading a lot of horror/supernatural sort of works lately.
Lately, I've been writing. I've a new story, tentatively called, "The Prodigal Son."
