isn't Gankutsuou that anime where everything is a pattern? Like hair, buildings, clothes, chairs?

Yup. Screenshots don't do it justice. Mose people find the static patterns too distracting...but I love it! I love the sheer amount of stuff on screen all the time, it's rich, opulent and disgustingly Baroque, but that reflects so well on the atmosphere and environment they are trying to set. And the storyline pacing is good too, in my opinion it's well planned and written. Pick it up if you have the chance! :)

i most definetly will from what i saw i was like...whoa there is like an equation on the floor of the ground and in the guys hair! But i didn't hear because the place was so loud. I'll most definetly give it a check though.
