stars and other beautiful things
Throughout my life i have seen so many things that are both amazing and beautiful.
Ive been swimming in the rainforest of Mexico and got to see waterfalls. It amazes me the pressure and beauty of the waterfall, and as i stood under it i didnt realize the beauty and megesty of it. The fact that something 200 feet high that comes down at such a speed and a pressure that its impossible to stand right under it yet the water only 10 feet away is prefectly calm. It amazes me.
Laying on the beach and watching the sunset is also incredible. The fact that this big ball yellow keeps us warm (usually) and the colors it sprays across the sky as it goes down. Laying there listening to the ocean waves crash and looking at the reflection and colors of the sunset in the water is magnificent.
But perhaps the most beautiful thing ive ever seen is something that i look at almost everyday and never really see. Up in big bear where the air is cool and crisp. you are above all the pollution and u can actually see more than 100 feet in front of you. Look up. the view is breathtaking. The sky is black like velvet with tiny little stars covering it. Its sooooo amazing that such things are there for our pleasure.
umm yes i should think about things more often. Anyways if u get a chance go up to big bear (maybe when its warmer) and lay out one night and stare at the stars. it amazing how you can be laying there for hours yet it only seems like minutes. and the gas you use to get up there costs about the same as going to the movies with a good friend.
