Pad thai recipes?
I had the BEST recipe for pad thai saved on my desktop computer from last year. Now that I only use my laptop, my desktop is in a box in the junk room somewhere.
I can't for the life of me find this recipe anywhere. I'd found it by googling pad thai recipes - simple. But now, no dice.
There are so many different variations of pad thai, but I really want to find this one recipe again. It was absolutely perfect! It included green peppers, firm tofu, bean sprouts, toasted cashews.. argh.
Anyone have any really good pad thai recipes they've followed?
If so, hook a sister up, please?
I don't want to have to dig out my desktop, but I will if I have to 'cause I want to cook this up for my beau & it has to be nothing short of perfect.
