New buds; summer days.
My weekend was magnifique to say the very least.
First off, my first day at Century 21 was awesome. I really like the people there. It's a big ball-busting fest. The majority of agents seem to have a real good attitude. I can't wait to have a normal life with normal working hours. Yay! & be closed on holidays!
Friday night was spent drinking with Scott & calling it early.
Saturday I spent the day with Angry, a girl I work with. Despite this week being my last at that place, I know we'll remain good buddies. She is great company. We spent the day drinking beers in the sun. I got to meet her best bud Jordan; he actually grew up in my neighbourhood & we know all of the same people in the neighbourhood, yet we never knew eachother. Kind of random. He's kinda hot, too, not gonna lie. Not like it matters, I shouldn't talk like that. Haha. I guess I just have spring fever. Nothing wrong with that.. aye?
On that note, my work crush came in today & I realized it would probably be the last time I see him (ever!) unless he comes in again before my last day. He simply comes in to do transactions with his Mastercard, hardly speaks English (I think he is Croatian) & is so quiet but cuuuuuute. Haha. The accent slayyyys me. I don't know what it is with me & Eastern Euros but maaaaaaan. I could be having a shitty shift, having dealt with douchebags all day (like today!) & he comes in, & it's all better. I swear Eastern Europeans are one way or the other - either really hot or their face looks like a dropped pie.
Ahhhh. I digress.
We hit up the Mandarin for dinner, then travelled home admiring the (unfortunately inactive) tornadic clouds.
I was in bed by 8:45pm.. I was done for; it felt awesome, though.
Tonight is dinner with my parents, reading more of my book & then working on Chapter 2, which I'd like to have completed before I go to bed.
