Saturday was a pretty darn good day.

I had gotten two of Mike Mahler's kettlebell videos on Friday and had been watching them to improve my form and desided to do double military press with the 70 lb KBs and double bent over rows with the same alternating exercises. So I had planed to do five sets of five reps with the MP and five sets of six reps with the rows. First two sets I felt a little stiff in the right (injured) shoulder but then I desided to put on some music. So I popped a Disturbed CD in and for my next set the weight just flew up. Instead of doing five sets of each exercise I ended up doing ten sets of each and never not making the full reps for the sets. Every set except the last I definately could have done more reps so that felt real good.

I took the kids to the park in the afternoon and had a good time playing with them.

In the evening I had a bunch of people (most of my AZ D&D group along with Kate and Nate) over to watch the UFC fight and what can I say but got to see victories by Hughes, Franklin, and of course the "giant killer" Couture. We then watched the Prestige on DvD which was a very interesting movie.
