Toward more selfies

I have craniosynostosis; my head is very oddly shaped, and my face lacks the symmetry usual to our species. The main drawback is that I'm never happy with pictures of myself, unless they're taken in a mirror - not only do I see the asymmetry, but it looks BACKWARDS and WRONG, because I'm used to my image being flipped.

I really like this picture, and I think it's because, with only half of me showing, my asymmetry isn't hitting me in the face (so to speak). I've been meaning to take more selfless; I think they'll all be half-me.

Done so far: Got veggies, replaced leaking tire/rim combo (our 2001 Honda Odyssey now has hub-thingy that says Ford :-) )
To do today/tomorrow: G's soccer game, process veggies, media_refs, finish painting sanctuary doors, work a few hours, church, G to her dance performance, Patriots game (yay football!)

my brain, pic-a-day
