My reaction to this ep was a lot like last week's - there was an interesting story here, it just didn't hold together for me.
Greer not taking the shot just didn't seem all that profound, and I couldn't get into his angst; I couldn't get into the Dale/(not)Lisa angst, not this far into the show; I couldn't believe Eli wouldn't call for help immediately; the physics of large creatures who can dart through dense forest faster than you can see them MADE NO SENSE WHATSOEVER; I now know why Mike Dupod (Varro) isn't a household name, HE HAS ONLY ONE EXPRESSION; since when do intelligent beings not kill each other - had the writers ever met a human????; and Rush and Young just seemed OOC.
Sigh. Maybe it's not the show, it's me, I'm letting go...
