So this weekend pretty much rocked, yeah. I mean, it's kind of hard to put it into words because it wasn't a huge party or whatever, I just had a really really good time. I dunno, I feel like that just happens when I go home, haha.
Friday night I stopped in Detroit on my way home and had dinner with Tommy and Dennis, who I hadn't seen since like before I left for New Zealand last summer. And it was so nice to have some Thai food in my life since the west side of Michigan doesn't believe in it.
Saturday I drove home and hung out at Erin's all day... they were working on the horses all day, and Lindsay came over, so we all just sat around outside crackin up about anything and everything. Particularly about the country of Sri Lanka, but I don't really remember why. THEN we broke out the four wheeler and went out to the fields... it was craaaaazy fun, we've had three on there before, but Jenny decided to join us so we had to fit four on there haha.
(four wheeling video clips) Then after a quick trip to my grandma's and a quick telephone lecture on the practice of safe sex to my sister (since apparently between our last chat on Easter and the other night, her feelings about it have drastically changed haha) we took the badboy out for another round of wheeling, only this time it was pitch black out and scary as shit. We drove down to where they throw all the dead cows cuz there's bones everywhere and the shit just feels haunted.
Sunday was my bro's going away party... it was definitely kind of sad, I think I'm really gonna miss him, but he just seems so excited so it's hard not to be happy for him. The family all came over, and I've seriously decided (after holding like four babies) that I do in fact want children... I don't know why I've been frontin the last 22 years of my life, but yes, it is official, I'm going to have a baby boy.
Okay that's all I'm gonna write, I think it's just one of those things where you basically had to be there or it just doesn't sound as fun haha. Here are a few
pics from the weekend though, and check out my cute baby cousin Avery (the inspiration for my new child-bearing aspirations)!
