He really wishes that Jessie and Rachel were doomed. Which is kind of disturbing, even for him. Seriously? He wants a freakin’ zombie to come and eat Jessie’s brains. And Puck would conveniently walk in just after and save Rachel from the zombie.
But dreams, as he’s heard, are just wishes your heart makes.

The whole hallway seems to slow down, and she slows down, but the paces don’t match. They meet awkwardly in reality, but in his mind, she is up against the lockers and the song continues to pulse as he presses harder.
But this is all in his mind.
In reality, he only wants to kiss her all over. Run his hands up those itchy, pastel sweaters.
He rounds the corner and the song begins pounding in his ears again.
