Happy Thanksgiving!
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, filled with friends, family, and most importantly, GOOD FOOD! I had a lovely orphan Thanksgiving in Missouri with some of my fellow grad students. I still wish I was home eating my weight in gumbo, stuffed peppers, oyster dressing, shrimp and crabmeat pie, and corn machoux, but my first "American" Thanksgiving was very nice. Even though I am (as always) homesick for New Orleans, I am thankful that have such good friends here to help make my holiday special.
