i have lost over 100 pounds, and while many things are much easier, i have some workout issues that need attention.
i have absolutely no core or upper body strength.
i can't do a sit-up. can't do a push-up. can't really do leg lifts. i SHOULD be able to.
any ideas on how to ease into it without killing my muscles or pulling/straining something? web articles on proper exercise moves?
