Protein Shakes?
What protein shakes can you recommend? I prefer to mix my own....for some reason, just the idea of something that has been sitting in a can doesn't appeal to me.
I know that I don't have surgery scheduled YET....still waiting for the bariatric center to receive their Center of Excellence standing from Medicare....but thought I'd ask anyway LOL
Anything good out there? I've tried the Slimfast low-carb and it sucks. The Atkins low-carb is alright.
