need some advice

So I am gain some hunger back, but I am finding hard to get protien in, and all my fuilds and getting it all in. I find myself only eatting once maybe twice a day.  and only really eatting yogart and refired beans and some cheese. I am kinda getting bored, and wondering an good tips for puree diets. I want peanut butter...know I can have it...but ( Read more... )

Peanut butter has been a tough thing for me to eat only because I NEED something to drink with it lol. I have it with sugar free jam on Wheat thins!

I like peanut butter on crackers and pretzel sticks and apples.

I also love hummus on pretzel sticks. There are even some sticks that have protien in them.

Not particularly, however, they have HUNDREDS of health benefits for post-ops. I ate a lot of them when I was on soft foods, and I seriously think that they may be what single-handedly got me through. Tons of iron, B vitamins, fiber, etc. They're also easy to digest as well. I even found myself putting half a banana in the blender when I made my protein. Something to consider. I've been at my goal weight for eons and still eat them every day.

I'd kill to be at your stage right now LOL! I want something more solid than water in my mouth, like cottage cheese!
