So I am gain some hunger back, but I am finding hard to get protien in, and all my fuilds and getting it all in. I find myself only eatting once maybe twice a day. and only really eatting yogart and refired beans and some cheese. I am kinda getting bored, and wondering an good tips for puree diets. I want peanut butter...know I can have it...but

I also love hummus on pretzel sticks. There are even some sticks that have protien in them.
