Peanuts?
So my doctor suggested peanut butter as it's so high in protein but I can't stand the texture of it and just don't want to eat it. I forgot to ask the doctor while I was in there, but how about peanuts? Or are they too hard to break down in the system? My mom said she didn't think I should be able to eat peanuts, but I figured I'd ask some who have been through it.
