what a day

What a day!

Started out by waking up early so i could drive home to pick up my work cloths (house is sick so i didn't go inside, just changed in the yard)

After work, i went to Micheal's craft store to visit lauren. Good visit, only down side was that i realized (note- I think to much) that i am person who LOVES crafts, but for the last 3-7 years doesn't have a craft :-( this got me a little down
but this summer i am going to try and make a leather box!! should be fun! I got the idea because they sell cheep leather boxes at Micheal's, surely i can do better!

Then drove down to Baltimore to visit josh and his new apartment. Not bad, a little bit of a fixer upper, but lots of room for the three guys to grow and make their own. I love the old 1930 details!!! but what i love the most was THEY HAVE A CHALK BOARD IN THE KITCHEN!!! IS THAT NOT AWESOME!!!
haha i called my mom and she said that we have a chalk board in our basement that she wanted in our kitchen...but my dad told her no :-( The place gave me a lot of ideas for my future home (if i ever build it), from windows that open above the door ways to and AWESOME chalk board/ white board in the kitchen!! haha though it also stated for me that i am NEVER going to be able to get an apartment to live with other people, i am to much like my mom and a clean freak. So i am going to live by my self...strange that sounds like my friend dad. Booo i haven't heard from that girl in a while!! I will send her a message so she doesn't forget who i am! No fluff for me! ok back on topic.

Everything was going great!

until the ride home :-( I got a little lost

I don't like driving
1) in the rain after my accident
2) in baltimore/city

That and the memories...
Driving in baltimore always, and probably will always remind me of Dustin, Sister's Ex b/f. Don't get me wrong, i thought the guy was cool, he had a bit of a bite in his sense of humor but, hey if sister likes him, he must be cool :-) However, he often drove sister, which makes perfect sense but it also meant that i had to drive by my self. In the long run this probably was a good thing, I mean i felt a little bruised at the time, but I did learn to drive to baltimore and NOT panic! I also learned to stand up for what i wanted to do, like when i wanted to take the light rail (i love trains) to DC. I don't like driving in cities, but as long as i keep in mind that it is something i have to deal with, and not panic, i will be fine.

If i could i would tell dustin thank you...even though he turned into bit of a jerk :-(

But all in all

a damn good day!

back in college park, going to read my book, and maybe work on my pictures some more :-)
