*Soft jazz music swells and then fades as we zoom in on three chicks on a plush couch in a studio next to a potted plant, drinking tea...

Greetings and Salutations! Actually, make that, Greetings, Salutations and a great big THANK YOU for taking the time to let us interview you! Your fic is read and loved by many, and if I may say so, the next few moments will be a treat!

1. First, allow me this one; You recently broke a foot. How’s the healing coming?

It's healing well. No more bruising (and it was an amazing bruise when it happened!), but still slightly stiff in the morning. And, as I found out during a drunken BBQ, very very sore if it is trodden on by a drunken man in his favourite trainers. Which then got beer poured into them :P

2. Your writing style is really very impressive! Psychological thrillers aren’t usually a genre tackled by beginners, so I assume you‘ve been doing this for a while. When did you start writing fanfic?

I started writing it roughly a year ago now. My first fic was called 'She Can't Have You' and I got amazing feedback from it, so decided to keep doing. I'm not sure when the newbie status is replaced, but hopefully I've proven myself! I still feel room for improvement. I was a lurker for ages, reading amazing stories. My favourite one when I started reading was 'A Die' and I thought, "Well, I'll give it a shot too!"

3. How long have you been a Whose Line fan?

I've been a Whose Line fan for not much longer than I started writing actually. In my family and friends, there's not one Whose Line fan (well, a few now that I've shown them!) and I found it by searching for stuff on Whoopi Goldberg on youtube, and then Robin Williams. I watched the 'Director' scene from Robin Williams, and I actually thought "That tall guy is quite funny too." and then I was hooked.

4. Are you typically a fan of the murder/forensic horror/thriller genre?

I am indeed a huge fan, I love being hooked on a story, constantly changing my mind about who it is. I think I get it from my mum, I was brought up on A Touch Of Frost (David Jason!) and other detective stuff. Then I got into the more.....dark stuff :P

5. What was the inspiration for this fic?

I can't really place an inspiration. I must've been watching a film and thought it would be good for Ryan and Colin. I think I was watching Zodiac actually! :P I was listening to 'Psychosocial' by Slipknot and thought it would be a cool name for a fic.

6. Any particular authors, books or movies that provided an influence?

James Patterson is certaintly a huge influence on me. His 'Cross' series is completely spellbinding.

7. The death scenes in this are (if I may say so) pretty darn hardcore! Is there anything in particular that would have helped create such a vivid account of a crime scene?

I did watch some particularly horrible movies to get some ideas. Se7en was one, the Sloth scene completely freaks me out.

8. Likewise, there are some pretty steamy scenes as well (particularly when Colin is teasing Ry in the evidence room). Any citable influences there?

The steamy scenes are just from me actually! The teasing thing was actually taken from me and my man at our work too. If our manager finds out, then one of us could get transferred or I could get demoted, so we have to hide it. But then we do play games where we tease each other, and flirt and everything too :P

9. How did you decide who would play what role in this fic, and where did the title of the fic come from? It’s very psycho-thriller-y and I really like it. =)

The title is a mixture of psychology terms that I'm learning and the Slipknot song too. The title came from the Slipknot song, the plot came from my own Psychological learning :P For some reason, the characters just kinda developed themselves. I put Greg for shits n giggles really, and then wrote him in more and more. I love his character now :D Colin, I thought, had to be the more "intelligent" of the two, he has a seemingly overwhelming knowledge, whereas Ryan had street smarts, so I thought that he'd be more suited as the cop.

10. At first Greg’s character was somewhat translucent, what with him being a suspected serial killer, but in the interrogation room, and later with Drew, he seemed to be more of the sweet sensitive type (which is unusual for Greg in most fics.) What made you decide to go that route? Or do we just have to wait and see what Greg’s up to? =)

I always think that people have two sides to them, and Greg is just showing that really. You will, unfortunately, have to wait to see what exactly his other side is, but the sweet sensitive side is reserved for Drew. Drew is very very special to Greg :P

11. How much of this fic did you already have planned out in your head before you started writing?

I had a very vague plan in my head. With all my other fics, I always just kind of wrote them and waited to see what happened, but with this one, I wanted to have some sort of fixed plan.

12. Are you writing as you go, or is it already completed?

I am writing as I go. I did plan to be at least 3 chapters ahead before I posted a new chapter, but unfortunately life (and injuries) got in the way :(

13. Favorite chapter? Why?

My favourite chapter. It would have to be so far, and I think it would have to be between the chapter where Ryan and Colin go to the club, or the chapter where Colin teases Ryan in the evidence room :P

14. My “M Knight Shyamalan” radar is clicking. Will there be a gut-wrenching twist at the end?

Ahhhhhh, I can't say really. All I can say is that I hope that it's a good ending :D But I am expecting comments of "I knew it was him!". There will be cookies for people who guess correctly :P I might do that........maybe..... post half the chapter, allow people to guess and then post the rest. Let me know about that actually!

Both Tiger and I wish to thank you again for your time and attention, and for the wonderful story! I believe I speak for many when I say that there is a boatload of folks who can’t wait to see what happens next!

Thanks for the questions :D I'm going on holiday next Wednesday so I am fighting to get the next chapter up before I go! I'm not gone for long, but I want it done too! :P Thanks for the continued support! Me and my mangled foot love you!

Well, there you have it, Folks! Remember, comments, suggestions or ideas are PURE LOVE!
