wharehouse shopping and movies
today has been good all around
This morning Vengance spoted a "free Pass" in the paper for the local wharehouse club and said he would be glad to take me (wonderd if he was ill volnteering to go shopping)
I have not been that happy with sams club among other things is that they go year to year so if my membership lapes in march if I re buy it in may rather than having a year from may they back date it. I also am not fond of them "Automaticly" renewing when I check out up to 6 weeks before it ended. I had to twice go throught the hassel of telling them to take it off. BJs dosnt do either of those they do give free passes every few months they take all credit cards and best in my mind is they have smaller sizes on some things like six round steaks or 4 pork chops even 1 lb boxs of mushrooms so I dont need to supersize every thing, and prices seem to be the same.
While we were there he spotted a rolling wire rack for the kitchen to replace the plastic keebler display shelves in bright yellow that he had in the kitchen, and he got it for me and put it together. (I may go back for a second and replace the very beaten up microwave cart. Humm a wall of metal shelvs could be worse.
We then found out that becase it ws spring (ha) break the local real movie theater was shoing mattnees so we went to see Narina. Its an old one screen house with a balcony and even though it was full of kids for the most part they were doing well.
And get this 2 tkts, 2 drinks, 2 candy and a popcorn (with $1 refils and real butter) for $13 you cant beat that. (Its really near the house and I am half tempted to go tmrw and see it again and stay for the second feature wich is Gobblet of fire that I have seen once all fro under $10)
Steak for dinner and I am making my self ill on jelly bellys hehehe
