They have approved the Apartment for my father, Or rather they have approved the apartment for Dio and my dad will "housesit" for his son in law. I will breath easier when we get the signed lease and keys. (we havent seen the apt they are all the same except for the view its basically a box, either an older box or a renovated box)
Its a studio about a block from the beach has a gym, near stores and about a ten min walk from the train and Library The area is Jamicain, and russian, there is a jewish old age home down the street.
Its in the back of nowhere and another hurricane and things will not be fun but its safe and while on the end of the subway it is on the subway and $1.25 and an hour gets him in to the city
