Their circle jerks were the best-kept secret of the Whose Line cast.
It started one night after a serious round of drinking. Tony liked to claim it was his idea, but the origin always depended on the story-teller. Clive, the voice of wisdom, insisted it was a sub-conscious group effort, which was probably closer to the truth.
Regardless of the origin, the one who took the longest always had to blow the others after. At least once, they all blew each other.
The Americans, except maybe Proops, took a while to get their heads around such a concept - but Colin began to often come in last, much to the delight of Ryan.
Richard never approved. They reckoned that was why he was never keen to leave the piano.
