Pairing: Ryan/Colin, overall (but with some Ryan/Greg and Colin/Brad friendships, I guess.)
Summary: ( He's not entirely sure if they've all changed - and changed together - or if it's just him; he feels oddly out of synch with everyone - he feels like laughing a beat after the others, and a reply comes to mind a split second after the conversation's moved on; he feels like he's moving in slow motion, and for the first time in at least two decades - and possibly ever - he's actually dreading performing. )
Interesting Note about mousetrap-- While only Brad & Colin did it before, they've started using that game for the encore for the Green Screen tour as well, so I've actually seen Drew play that game. Also, when Brad & Colin go to Atlantic City, they do the show with Greg. Apparently they've done it at least two times and they're planning on doing it next year as well, so while Greg doesn't play, he's been there to watch.
But that aside ^___^ I love the strained feeling between Ryan & Colin. It feels like they need to bunker down with a pint of ice cream and talk about their feelings. I really like the fact that Colin got all tense when Claire was mentioned. I find it interesting that another child came into Ryan's life this late, and she always seemed like a (and this sound terrible, but it's true) really interesting plot device. Like, Ryan & Pat have a baby to try and save their marriage, or maybe Ryan & Colin had something going on, but Claire is a hint that Ryan would rather be with Pat.... so yeah.
