Freaking Love My New Xbox 360
For my birthday, my parents got me a Xbox 360. So once I had the 360 in my hand, the next logical step was to get Guitar Hero 2. I fucking love that game. I jumped straight into Expert mode and I haven't looked back. Granted, the game is kicking my ass, but I don't mind it (Just gotta beat Freya and I'm done with the 6th set). I also got Gears of War. Probably the prettiest game out at the moment. I'm almost done with it, 2 more acts to go. I'm gonna have to get the wifi adaptor for the 360 so that I can play GoW online. Last, but not least is Dead Rising. Imagine being stuck in a mall with zombies locked in there with you. There is no greater pleasure than to smash a zombie's head in with a bowling ball, and have it all powered by the Havok physics engine (same physics engine in Half-Life 2, so you know its realistic). Oh and the best part is that all of them are all running at 1080i on my HDTV. Technology is great. Heh, in terms of everyday life, I'm loving my new job. Getting paid $15 an hour to work with PC hardware is nice. Layla bought us tickets for Islands of Adventure, so I can't wait to go to there tomorrow. It'll be my first time there. Life is treating me good so far, and it can only get better.
